Welcome!

Eastern Yacht Club is located at the mouth of Middle River just off the Chesapeake Bay in Baltimore County, Maryland.

We have over 20 acres of property and our Basin currently has 72 slips. Our beautiful clubhouse has a large full service bar and a hall that seats many people.  There is another pavillion on the grounds that is available, by reservation,  for family outings.

For members, there is a beach area with picnic tables and umbrellas.

Parking for slip holders is adjacent to the piers and beach area.  General parking for non slip holders and guests is spacious enough to accomodate our largest EYC events which draw 1100-1200 people. We have a Gazebo just off the water where many weddings are performed during the peak booking months. EYC has a caterer available to help plan the menu for weddings and other booked affairs at EYC.

We also host several other events during the year that are sponsored by other organizations.

Wow where did the time go, I have spent the last 4 years as an Officer of Eastern Yacht Club, the most recent year as your Commodore. This past year has enabled me to meet many new members and friends all around the Chesapeake Bay. I have had the fondest of memories and was able to share many with you. I will always hold a certain passion for Eastern Yacht Club in my heart and I know that the new Bridge of Officers will keep us heading in the right direction for the future year to come. Thanks to my Officers V/C Bobby Kuhl, Frank Winterling and Ron Peffer. These gentleman were the backbone of my Bridge which I consider the best on the Chesapeake Bay. They performed every task that was asked of them so all our members would have a Yacht Club they were proud of. It is a honor to have served with these men and call them my friends. A special thanks to Sarah Ramsey and the Gulls for making my year as Commodore a great one.  With your help you made my year a success!!
Please welcome your new Commodore Robert Kuhl Jr and his Bridge of Officers and give them the respect that they deserve. Thanks to all our members who work and volunteer to keep Eastern Yacht Club the Best Yacht Club on the Bay. I would like to say thank you to all the Past Commodores for your advice and guidance during my year as Commodore. I said at our opening ceremonies that belonging to a Yacht Club and Boating was a way of life. I enjoy being with what I call my extended family and love you all. Thanks for letting me be your Commodore and your friend, God Bless All
Commodore, Charlie
