Regular members are owners of the club and can cast one vote at annual stockholders meeting/election.
Regular members are required to work 7hours per month on work crews that do club maintenance.
Regular members
are required to attend 3 major social events per year or be billed. Events that count toward attendance requirement are identified
on event calendar.
POS Credits are invoiced twice a year, each invoice for $120. Invoices are due August 15
and February 15. Members will receive Point of Sale member cards and the card can be used as cash as long as the member has
POS Credits available on the computer system.
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

EYC's year begins October 1. Invoices for annual dues are mailed
around August 15 and due by October 1. Anyone joining after October is billed on a pro-rated basis for the remaining
months in the fiscal year(October toSeptember) i.e., annual dues divided by 12, times the remaining months of the
fiscal year.
Invoices for Point of Sale Credits are only billed once a year
for $80 for Social Members. Payment is due in October.
Invoices sent to
Social Members must be paid by the Due Date specified on the invoice. Late Notices will not be sent to Social Members. If
invoices are not paid by the Due Date on the invoice, it will be assumed that you no longer wish to be a Social Member at
EYC and you will therefore be dropped from the membership.

Permanent
slips are acquired by seniority bid at Slip Day in September.
All fees, proof of ownership, and proof of insurance
must be provided on
Slip Day in order to acquire a permanent slip via the seniority bid process.
Permanent
slipholders must have electric meter put in their name.
Owner of boat must be the club member. Proof of ownership
required.
Slip owner must have seaworthy boat in slip.
A spring inspection requires engines to be started,
and boat to leave basin and return to slip on it's own engine(s).
All slipholders must present proof of active
insurance policy on boat to the Fleet Captain before bringing boat into the basin and then annually.
Eastern also has several Motor Home Slips that follow the same bid process on Slip Day.
TEMPORARY SLIP HOLDER FEE- SOCIAL MEMBERS

Slips are considered temporary
Prior renting a Temporary Slip you must present proof of ACTIVE Insurance policy
on boat and
have the boat inspected by the Fleet Captain before bringing boat into the Basin.
The Owner of the boat MUST BE the club member. Proof of ownership is required.
Boat must be seaworthy and must have a well-maintained appearance.
Electric is billed by the club.

Daily Slip Rate $1.00 per foot with a minimum of $25.00 per day includes 1 30 amp plug additional

Monthly Slip Rate is Annual Rate divided by 6 plus electric
Regular
