Eastern Yacht Club's Princess for 2009 is Kimberly Samm. Kim is the daughter of Jim and Beth Samm. Kim
will be representing Eastern Yacht Club at Balls, Openings, and other yachting events this year. On June 7, 2009, Kim competed
for the title of Queen of the Chesapeake representing Eastern Yacht Club at that pageant held at Maryland Yacht Club the first
weekend in June. This was Kim's second year as EYC Princess. At the Queen of the Chesapeake Pageant last year, Kim was voted
Miss Congeniality and also was Second Runner-Up for the Queen of the Chesapeake.
This year, Kim took the Crown.
She is the 2009 Queen of the Chesapeake from Eastern Yacht Club. This year as she attends Yacht Club Openings
and Balls she will be representing all of the clubs on the Bay as their Queen. Congratulations Kim! I know your parents are
very proud of you and so are all of the Officers and members of Eastern Yacht Club. Have a fun year as the 2009 Queen
of the Chesapeake.
