The Holding Corporation owns the property and protects the
interest of the Stockholders. All Regular members of Eastern Yacht Club are required to purchase shares of Stock in the Holding
Corporation and thus are the member/owners of Eastern Yacht Club
Note: The Holding Corporation Board elects it's own Officers at a Board meeting that immediately follows the annual stockholders meeting. The Commodore of EYC automatically
has a seat on the Holding
Corporation board during his/her year as Commodore of EYC.
